Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, the following return and exchange terms apply:
1. Return and Exchange Period:
The product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The return and exchange request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
2. Product Conditions:
The products to be returned or exchanged must be unused, their labels have not been removed and must be in their original packaging.
The product is subject to a refund or exchange process as long as it is not used and damaged.
3. Refund Process:
A refund request can be made by contacting customer service.
Refund for the returned products will be paid within 5-7 business days from the date the product was received and examined by us.
Paying payback is based on the method of payment (credit card, money order, etc.) will be done.
4. The Exchange Process:
In product exchange, an exchange can be made with another desired product instead of the existing product.
The exchange request is carried out as long as it complies with the return conditions of the product.
5. Shipping Fee:
The shipping fee for return and exchange transactions belongs to the customer, but the shipping fee for faulty or defective products will be covered by the store.
6. Defective Products:
If the product you purchased is defective or damaged, you can contact us within 7 working days from the delivery of the product.
Refund or exchange requests for defective products, the shipping fee will be covered by our store.
